Check your settings.... Go to the Start Window and click on Settings (the little cogwheel).

Click on Privacy (Location, camera)

Click on each category and read carefully the permissions that you are giving to Microsoft.

If you are ok with Microsoft collecting that data on you, do nothing. If you have a problem with it, turn it off.

It is important to note that most of these permissions get turned back on after every major update. So, check these settings periodically if your privacy is important to you.
